Products & pricing

Product descriptions, images and prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. We may update prices, stock and offers without prior notice. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed (or COD is accepted) and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability or delivery restrictions.

Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location and courier partner. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery as per courier records. Track your shipment using the Track Order link with your AWB/reference ID.

Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. Sealed fragrance products that are opened, used or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for return.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, product imagery and designs belong to Golden Sparrow Perfumes or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
